Items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery when accompanied by your original invoice. Items that have been washed, worn or embroidered cannot be returned.
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the product based on your original payment method (i.e., check or credit card). Original or return postage is not refundable
Once you send the item back to us, you need to mail us the tracking id and the carrier name. We will issue the refund upon receiving the item.
