2. What is the handling time for my embroidery orders?
Embroidery items usually ship within 3-4 working days.
3. Can I modify my order after the purchase?
Your order can be modified until it has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, no changes can be made.

4. The estimated shipping date for my order changed – what happened?
Sometimes, shipments of certain products are unexpectedly delayed by the manufacturer. If this happens, we will notify you via email and provide an updated shipping date.
5. Can I cancel my order after purchase?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, please go to the Request a Cancellation link.
6. What is the procedure for returns?
You may return the item within 30 days of delivery. For more information, please check our Return Policy.
7. How long will it take to process my order?
- Standard orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days.
- Bulk orders take 4-5 days to process.
- The total delivery time is approximately 10-14 days.
8. When will I receive my order with embroidery?
Embroidery items typically take 4-6 working days to process.
9. Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping is free within the entire USA, except for Hawaii and Alaska.
Please note, we do not ship to APO/AFO addresses.
10. Do you ship orders to U.S. Territories?
Yes, we ship to U.S. Territories via the United States Postal Service. However, U.S. Territories are not eligible for Express delivery. U.S. Territories include:
- American Samoa
- Guam
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- U.S. Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific
