  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery, accompanied by your original invoice.

• Refund Process:

  • A full refund will be issued for the cost of the product, based on your original payment method (check or credit card).
  • Shipping fees (both original and return postage) are non-refundable.

• Return/Exchange Instructions:

  2. Return Shipment:
     Once you've sent the item back to us, please email us the tracking ID and the carrier name.
     Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.
